The General Assembly defines the policy and priorities, decides on the budget and elects the members of the board by and from the members in the assembly..
The board of directors manages the Alliance and elects the members of the Executive Board by and from the Board of Directors. The Executive Board is in charge of the daily activities, commissioned to them by the Board of Directors. The Executive Board consists if the President, the vice president and the treasurer/secretary.
